Splash is where I write about the craft of pooled customer success: shared context, repeated customer patterns, knowledge quality, routing, automation, and the operating habits that make scaled work feel more human.

Splash is not an official Zendesk publication, support channel, roadmap source, or customer story archive. It does not publish confidential customer, employee, sales, roadmap, ticket, Slack, Gong, Salesforce, or internal operational data.
